Kumari Ayesha Saifan Mulk Jamadar, a student of the Arts stream in the first batch of Shri Kumareshwara Arts and Commerce Pre-University College, run by Shri Shivalingeshwar Vidyavardhak Samsthe (R), has achieved remarkable success. She scored 97.00% in the II PUC examinations, securing the 6th rank in the district and 2nd rank in the taluk, as well as the 1st rank in her exam center.
Her subject-wise scores are: Kannada – 99, English – 92, History – 96, Economics – 97, Sociology – 98, Political Science – 99. Through this achievement, she has made an outstanding mark from a remote rural border region.
Ayesha completed her primary education in her hometown Dargashirur and scored 95.52% in 10th grade at Shri Shivalingeshwar High School, Madan Hipparga. She continued her studies in the newly started Arts stream at Shri Kumareshwara College and, by scoring 97.00%, brought great recognition to the institution and has become an inspiration to many students.
Her mother is Saifanbi, and her father, Saifan Jamadar, is a village servant who, despite a life of hardship, is ensuring education for all five of their children.
During an event held at Madan Hipparga in Aland Taluk, Shri Shivalingeshwara Vidyavardhaka Samste was honored for its outstanding social and spiritual services, especially in fostering good values and culture among children. Sanatana Nadagiri Swamiji praised the institution for its role in promoting education, spirituality, and national development. Several prominent religious and educational leaders, including Dr. D. N. Shreedhar, spoke about the organization’s positive impact in rural areas. The event highlighted the importance of character-building and value-based education for societal development. A felicitation ceremony was also held for the organization’s achievements.

He praised the trust for nurturing students with discipline, cultural values, and commitment to society. He emphasized that education should go beyond academics and instill spiritual and moral values in children.
Renowned dignitaries, including Kumar Swamiji of Shivayogi Peetha, Basavalinga Swamiji, and other esteemed guests, appreciated the organization for serving society selflessly for over four decades.

Madanhipparga, 23rd:
As every year, the Shivlingeshwar Virakt Math in Madanhipparga, Akkalkot Taluka, will be organizing the grand Shivlingeshwar Palkhi Festival under the guidance of the revered head of the Math, Pujya Abhinav Shivlingeshwar Maharaj Swamiji.
On the main day of the Palkhi celebration, Thursday, 28th August, early morning worship of Shri Shivlingeshwar and Shri Shivalinga Mahasiddhayogi will be performed, followed by the grand Mahadwar Pravesh (ceremonial entrance). Later, a procession will be taken through the village with great enthusiasm.
From 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., devotees can have darshan of the Lord. At 11 a.m., the program will include devotional singing and chanting of “Shivlinga Jayghosh” led by Shri M.N.P. Abhinav Shivling Maharaj Swamiji.
Accompanied by music, the Palkhi will then be taken out in a grand procession. This festival will be celebrated with great joy and devotion, and the Math has appealed to all devotees to participate and take spiritual benefit from the event.
